I wont be able to arrive at my location, but i'd stiil like to make a game myself.

I assume the theme (constraint) is under embargo until the last site has watched the keynote and begun their work, at least, that's how it has worked both times I've attended.  Once all sites are up and running, the keynote address will be available to watch on the Global Game Jam YouTube channel, according to one of the articles posted on this site yesterday.  

Good luck on your game!  I was toying with the same idea
