Game: Zombie Escape
Stealth game where the player must maintain the heart rate below a limit in order to stay alive. The heart rate peaks any time the player is discovered by an enemy. The game context is located in a big city in an hypothetical zombie apocalypse. The twist is that the player is the zombie this time, an undead that did not lost all human traits during his transformation. Or in the main protagonist words: "People use to think that zombies lost conscience when they become part of the undead. But personally, this is not what I found, I did lose my ability to communicate with other human beings. However not all human traits were gone, I never lose my mind and heart! This my story, one of those survival horror stories but with a slightly different perspective. I guess, maybe I am a special case, but the beating of my zombie heart kept me alive since the moment I wake up in that room..."
Backwards: One or more aspects of the game works the opposite as would normally be expected: maybe the controller is reversed (left is right, right is left), maybe you win lives every time you die, maybe it scrolls to the left and your character moonwalks.
