Game: Saving Cardia Forest

Intended Design: To save the forest from destruction by fire, logging, and pollution, the player's character will partake in a Super Mario Brothers style side-scrolling 3D game where the terrain will change from flat to jagged to resemble an EKG reading of the forest's heart and was to be synced to the heartbeat intervals of the forest as it slowly begins to lose it's power by 3 environmental problems effecting forests around the world in today's society. The Actual Design: Your player's character must get to the burning world tree in the middle of the forest and avoid landing on the fire logs. How to Play: Avoid touching the fire logs by jumping with the "Spacebar" key as you run with the "D" key rightward to reach the world tree in the middle of the forest.

Looks like you had a blast!  Just hitting up some of you fine folks from the Orlando GGJ.  I got stuck in Sarasota and had to create solo.  Too bad, I was looking forward to meeting some indie developers from around the area.

Anyhow, mine is the Stroke of Luck game on the Orlando GGJ games page.  It's web playable (on most browsers) if you're near a computer with a mouse (with left AND right buttons!)  I see almost all games on here are PC only...I'll have to wait to play them on bootcamp later.

If you dig it, I'm always looking for more creative people to collaborate with!
