Game: Phobia

Story: Diego, a man that's witnessed a gruesome crime and then was chased to be silenced by the committer of the crime; the serial killer, Darius The Executioner. The chase and the horrific sight of the bloody axe of Darius struck terror deep into Diego's heart. He's escaped but just as he was safe, his heart gave out. The medics saved his life but he's fallen into a coma. Now, Diego finds himself in the darkest corners of his mind and he must face all his fears leading up to the man who put him in his coma, Darius. ~*********~ Gameplay: The game play will consist of doors, which behind resides Diego's phobias. When Diego stands in front of a door, he hears his heart beats, and depending on the volume, the difficulty of the phobia inside increases, the higher, the more dangerous, the better the score and possible stat reward he gains. Diego's life is represented by the "Fear meter", the higher the meter is filled, the closer he is to death. Each time Diego is defeated by a phobia, the meter fills depending on the difficulty of the phobia. Eventually, after raking up enough score, he can then unlock "The door of overcoming" proceeding into the next level of phobia. ~*******~ Mechanics: The game uses simple arrow controls and the "CTRL" button to access doors. Facing a phobia prompts a text based choice, he can either fight or cower in fear. If the player decides to fight, an animation ensues and based on the player's stats, he will either win or lose. If he cower in fear, his fear meters fills but, if he fights and loses, his fear meter fills more than normal. Depending on how the player plans his moves, he will eventually face Darius and if his stats are high enough(by defeating phobias) he will defeat him and wakes up from his coma. If he losses to Darius, his heart gives out and Diego dies.
