You're a young man, rather big boned and with a level of daily physical activity far below the advised threshold. It is summer, the sun is shining, and you choose for once to eat your hamburger outside. That decition already pains you; the short walk from Burger King made you sweat like a pig, so you choose to rest on the side of a fountain to cool down. You are shoving the burger down as fast as you can, so to sooner return to your comfy coutch and tv screen. Then something happens. Your throath dries up, your ears ring, you cannot breathe. You fall backwards, making a giant splash. You can barely hear someone yell "Call 911!" before you lose consciousness. When you wake up everything is dark, and a feeling of emptiness overwhelms you. Your burger, the park, the sun is gone, all you can see is dirty stone walls and flickering lights. Then you hear it, a faint thumping. Your breast hurts, as if someone had ripped their way out of it. You run your fingers over your sweather, and gasp! Your heart is gone! All you can feel is an empty hole. You try to look, but your double chin is in the way. You stagger forward, disoriented. Then you see a message, written in blood.
Bigger Picture: The game touches on a political, environmental or social issue.
