I know you were having troubles with time and had to make a lot of sacrifices but I'm happy to see you managed to create something complete on time!
I really like your idea of character traveling through his life trying to take good care of his heart. I also enjoyed your soundtrack (listened to it from the source files aswell!) and the graphic style of the game screen.
I played the game a few times and I'm not sure if the random generated level was a good idea, as I felt I wasn't so much making choices but using the same route to the end every time and picking up whatever happened to be there. I'm not sure if there were different routes to take? I also got stuck a couple of times (to the gravestones) and some of the item icons were difficult to read - especially when not playing on full screen. I'm also not sure if the "pulse meter" did anything?
Overall, I think your idea has a lot of potential and if you had had more time to use you could have shown more of that. I hope the tight schedule was also a good thing, teaching you something about how to limit and distribute the workload and which things are essential to your idea and which can be cut out if needed. And even though you couldn't include everything you planned to, you made some good decisions and managed to finish up on time.
Good job utilizing many different diversifiers aswell - even though "Two Are Better Than One" doesn't really apply to this game as you don't need several mobile devices to run it. ;)
Thank you for jamming in Satakunta and hope to see you all there again next year!
