Game: Dark Pulse

Dark Pulse is an audio adventure for Android phones. Turn up the volume. Headphones are a must. Make sure that you have some free space in front of you. Hold your smartphone in parallel to the ground and walk in the direction indicated by the game audio. The game does recognize when you're doing turns (compass) or steps (vibration). Your aim is to find a desperate girl in a completely dark room. You can hear the heavy breath of scary creatures. Better don't wake them up. Try to find your way through the dungeon with no other help than your ears. The only visual elements of a level are red auras for creatures near to you and a small compass indicating the direction to the poor girl. And off you go. Don't get too close to the creatures. If your heartbeat goes up, the compass will show up less often until you calm down again. If you step on a creature … please try again. That's it. Have fun.

No cheating (please): The game system relies on willing player participation to enforce the rules of the game world (e.g., hold your breath, close your eyes, etc.).
Inclusive: The game is specifically designed to include people with a given disability.
X Marks the Spot: The game involves something location-based, such as a geocache, or requires the player to go to one or more specific geographic locations.
